May 8, 2009: Fashion Designer Jack McCollough leaving a New York City office building with a friend all bandaged up after reportedly having surgery on his nose last night. McCollough was head-butted by ’24′ Star Kiefer Sutherland at an afterparty following the Met Costume Institute on May 4, 2009. Kiefer claims the altercation was in response to McCollough pushing actress Brooke Shields. Both McCollough and Shields have denied that the push took place. Sutherland has been charged with misdemeanor assault for the incident.
