Day 1: Fashion’s Night Out!

If you were in New York City last night, then you know all about the madness that is Fashion’s Night Out—a city-wide celebration of shopping and fashion. If you didn’t stop by the Calvin Klein Collection store on Madison Ave, then you may have missed the biggest event of the night. The creative directors of the collection Francisco Costa and Italo Zucchielli hosted fans and guests, along with NBA and fashion star Dwayne Wade. The shooting guard for the Miami Heat was on hand to sign copies of his memoir A Father First: How My Life Became Bigger Than Basketball. Wade was also joined by Vogue’s Editor-In-Chief, Anna Wintour, who signed copies of the magazine’s massive September issue, and Vogue cover star and gold medalist Ryan Lochte even got in on the action. We have the feeling NYC Fashion Week this year is going to be very different…..stay tuned.
