Willow Smith has made a given her hair a new “HIGHLIGHT” you won’t believe the color of choice this time.

Willow Smith isn’t afraid of a bold, bright ‘do—in fact, the 11-year-old “Whip My Hair” singer dyed her super-short strands neon yellow! Will and Jada’s daughter was all smiles in L.A. this weekend wearing a cute bowler hat, red hoodie, black pants and Doc Martens.

But the most notable part of the celebuspawn’s adorable ensemble was definitely her bright yellow buzz cut!  And this certainly isn’t the first time Willow’s taken a major fashion risk. In February, she surprised fans by shaving off her long hair. Then, earlier this month, she dyed her short hair a bright shade of green.

Props to Will and Jada for letting their little girl express herself. Or should we say her PR Team sure wants us to think that Willow is all about self expression and individuality and not her new CD that is about to drop later this year.
