Summer 2011 fades but COLOR pervaded at the Couture Council’s Summer soiree! It always helps to have our lush little hideaway central park tucked in the midst of NYC insanity as a backdrop, N’est ce Pas?
Maybe a trifle heavy on the teacup cupcake perky lil’hats but there was overall some interesting outfits…….
