The Gagosian Gallery have announced their latest exhibition – “The Complete Spot Paintings 1986 – 2011″ – a new solo show from the acclaimed British artist Damien Hirst. The exhibition is planned to take place simultaneously across all of the eleven Gagosian Gallery locations in London, New York, Paris, Los Angeles, Rome, Athens, Geneva and Hong Kong. In order to display each and every spot painting by Hirst, the gallery will be borrowing pieces from both public institutions and private collections, as well as from the artist himself.
