The Nike Swoosh just turned 40 years old.In 1971 Carolyn Davidson of Portland State University was paid $35 to create the iconic logo. In 1983 Phil Knight did give her a swoosh diamond ring and a bunch of NIKE stock. Cheers Swoosh.
