Katy and Russell Brand seem HOT and COLD

Katy Perry may have taken home three VMA awards last Sunday but when she left the awards show her hubby Russell Brand also went his separate way. The Daily News reported that Perry went SOLO to the post-VMAs House of Hype party at the SLS Hotel. The “Fireworks” singer occupied a table with her stylist, manager, “about five best friends” and her makeup artist.
Noticeably absent from Perry’s large party was husband Russell Brand, with whom the pop star had posed on the red carpet earlier in the evening. The status of Brand and Perry’s marriage has been the subject of persistent speculation. Last month, they denied seeing a marriage counselor and that they were having marital issues.
