NY FILM CRITIC’S CIRCLE AWARDS

N.Y. is in a deep freeze these days so we all needed someone or something to warm the cockles of our cold hearts and lo and behold there appeared George Clooney.  His transformation from  ragging on photographers during the post Princess Di-Days was never more complete than tonight as he posed and chatted freely about our welfare in this frigid weather.

Meryl Streep either was there or wasn’t but former Oscar winners Sylvia Miles (Midnight Cowboy) and Wes Anderson (quite the pair) were present to represent the Acadamy New York.
