RIHANNA THE NEW WHITNEY HOUSTON?

With all the drama Rihanna is experiencing some may think she is the new Whitney complete with abusive washed R&B singer Chris “Ike Turner” Brown.  Oh hell to the no!  Rihanna is making moves and taking meetings with directors for future film projects.  Rumor has it that Rihanna will star in a contemporary remake of the Whitney Houston/Kevin Costner 1992 classic The Bodyguard.

Hollywood is also buzzing that GI JOE star Channing Tatum may be tapped to play the Costner role. If that is not hot enough we also hear that Rihanna is also said to be contemplating a Charlie’s Angels sequel (question?). The usual denials by reps have been offered but we will keep hope alive that these projects come to light because Rihanna is clearly camera ready.  Here are some recent shots of the Pop Princess after meeting with Jay-Z and Beyonce in NYC for dinner.
