Kanye West has just been charged with three criminal misdemeanors: vandalism, battery, and grand theft in connection with the “camera-smashing incident” at LAX that unfortunately was captured on camera.  The L.A. City Attorney has also charged Yeezy’s Manager Don Crowley (AKA Don C) with two counts of vandalism, two counts of battery and two counts of grand theft.

Looking back on this rather unfortunate situation it’s clear that this was 100% unnecessary. It’s more than likely that these two will skate on these charges but attacking the pap and on camera no less for taking a picture is just dead wrong. Neither of these two gents are Sean Penn and what the hell are bodyguards for if not to smash camera and push the pap to one side???

Our advice for two these two is take a cue for Angelina and do it for the movie cameras (and get paid millions for it) don’t do it for TMZ
