I do believe Masakatsu Sashie will steal the show this year at Art HK, Asia’s preeminent art fair running from May 26th to May 29th. His work referencing imagery of the devastation left in the wake of the massive earthquake and tsunami in Japan was actually started prior to the disaster. Art imitating life no doubt.
